1988–2024
Justin Saville was the visionary founder of Saville & Co and a Registered Building Surveyor (Unlimited) with the Victorian Building Authority. With over 17 years of experience in building surveying and a foundational background in structural engineering and architectural design, Justin’s expertise and leadership left a lasting impact on the construction industry and everyone fortunate enough to work with him.
Justin began his career at one of Australia’s largest national building surveying firms, where he quickly rose through the ranks. His deep technical knowledge and personable approach allowed him to bridge the needs of architects, engineers, developers, and regulatory authorities with ease and integrity. He believed that effective outcomes stemmed from strong relationships, clear communication and staying ahead of industry and legislative changes, a philosophy that still guides our firm today.
He held a Graduate Certificate in Performance-Based Building and Fire Codes, a Bachelor of Technology (Building Surveying) and a Diploma of Building Design and Technology. Justin was also a Registered Building Practitioner and a member of both the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) and the Property Council of Australia.
Justin passed away in 2024 following a short but courageous battle with cancer. His strength, commitment to excellence and dedication to his clients continue to shape our identity. He built Saville & Co with the belief that a building surveying firm could be both technically rigorous and deeply human and that belief lives on in every project we take on.

Nataasja (Nash) Agresta
Following Justin’s passing, his wife Nataasja Agresta has stepped into the role of Managing Director of Saville & Co.
A qualified Building Surveyor with over 12 years of experience and a deep understanding of the business, Nash worked closely alongside Justin, both personally and professionally, to build and shape the company’s values, systems, and culture. Her unique insight into Justin’s vision and unwavering dedication to their shared purpose make her the natural successor to carry forward his legacy.
With her strong background in project delivery, client relationships and business operations, Nash is committed to upholding the high standards that define Saville & Co, while also driving innovation and growth into the future. She leads the team with compassion, clarity and a deep sense of responsibility to both their clients and Justin’s enduring vision.
Jesse Jones
With over 23 years of experience in the building industry, Jesse Jones brings a wealth of technical depth, practical insight and leadership to his role as Director, Technical Delivery and Operations at Saville & Co.
Jesse is a Registered Building Surveyor with a strong foundation in both the private and public sectors. He has worked across a diverse range of building types and classifications, including high-end residential developments, large-scale industrial projects, high-rise towers, commercial fitouts, retail spaces and office buildings. His unique blend of municipal and consultancy experience gives him a well-rounded, compliance-focused perspective that sets him apart in the industry.
Jesse is known for his calm, grounded leadership style and his ability to manage complex projects with clarity, confidence and precision. He leads Saville & Co’s technical delivery and operational oversight, ensuring that the firm’s high standards for compliance, quality and client service are upheld across every project.
As a Director and Partner, Jesse works closely with Managing Director, Nataasja Agresta, to ensure the business grows with capability and integrity. His appointment reinforces Saville & Co’s commitment to innovation, reliability and forward-thinking leadership in the building surveying profession.
When Jesse is not leading project teams or solving technical challenges, he’s building trusted relationships with clients and helping shape the future of the business from the inside out.

Leigh Holm
A Registered Building Surveyor (Limited) and Registered Building Inspector (Unlimited) with the Victorian Building Authority, Leigh has over 15 years’ experience working across both private and public sectors on a wide range of projects.
Having worked as a carpenter from a young age before transitioning to Building Surveying, Leigh has gained valuable experience and knowledge in both design compliance and the onsite practicality of how things come together. Coupled with this, Leigh has worked in both public and private sectors of Building Surveying providing a unique skillset with regards to design compliance, construction sequencing, enforcement and most importantly communication.

Enida Burnic
Enida is a Registered Building Surveyor (Limited) with over 15 years of experience in the building surveying industry. Her expertise lies in residential developments, where she has built a reputation for precision, compliance and client-focused service. In recent years, Enida has extended her capabilities into industrial projects, bringing the same level of rigour and attention to emerging complexities in this sector.
Known for her thorough technical understanding and collaborative communication style, Enida works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and in line with regulatory requirements. She is committed to staying at the forefront of industry standards and continually strengthens her practice through ongoing professional development.

Tamara Nicholl
Tamara is a highly experienced Administration Manager having previously worked at some of Australia’s largest construction consulting-based businesses. Tamara has in depth knowledge of the legislative reporting and time frame requirements relating to Building Surveying as well as great inter-personal and communication skills. Tamara is a highly valued member of the team for her efficient, pro-active and team oriented approach.
Jeremy (JJ)
Jeremy is a seasoned Administrative Professional with over a decade of experience supporting operations across building surveying, construction, arts, and events. He brings a sharp operational mindset to Saville & Co, ensuring the smooth delivery of internal systems, client communications and back-of-house support across the business.
With qualifications in marketing, business administration and arts management, JJ is a versatile contributor with a unique ability to bridge strategic and creative thinking. His strengths lie in process improvement, stakeholder coordination and ensuring consistency across client engagement, internal systems, and external communications. JJ’s broad industry exposure and deep administrative knowledge make him an integral part of Saville & Co’s operations team.
